Nintendo Premieres Holiday Game Lineup
Posted by TGRNews, 292 days ago Oct 12, 2007 15:36

Nintendo’s upcoming game lineup in time for the holidays, indicates that Wii and Nintendo DS continue to appeal to all types of consumers. Wii games such as Super Mario Galaxy, cement Nintendo’s lineup, while Wii continues to add more games, faster than most any other system on the market.

It is hoped that Nintendo DS, Flash Focus: Vision Training in Minutes a Day and Master of Illusion, will place video gaming in a whole new realm. George Harrison, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications remarked, ’’Because of Wii and Nintendo DS momentum, third-party publishers are supporting our systems like never before. Their lineup of diverse games is testament to how we make the population of gamers a little bigger every day.’’

Major publishers worldwide are making games for Wii and Nintendo DS. Shoppers will find dozens of options through the holiday shopping season and into 2008. By the end of 2007, the library of Wii games is expected to grow to 140, not counting nearly 200 downloadable Virtual Console(TM) titles, while the Nintendo DS library should be nearly 450. The following is a partial list of the upcoming games for Wii and Nintendo DS. Note that game titles and launch dates are subject to change.

Nintendo Co., Ltd., of Kyoto, Japan, manufactures and markets hardware and software for its Wii, Nintendo DS, Game Boy Advance and Nintendo GameCube systems.
