Our latest ambassdor is a beer drinking gamer from Western PA. He loves helping the noobs out with their new 360 or gaming in general. He is also one of the great contributors on the xbox.com forums and recently got his CUL 6. Say HIIIIIIIIIIIII to this IRISHprik.

1. Tell us a little bit about your self?
I’m just your normal every day average irishman...I got a descent job, a wonderful girl, some great friends, and a loving family...I consider myself a very "lucky" guy.
2. As an Xbox Ambassador you are asked to help new gamers their first time around the block; do feel like the program is making a difference?
Yah...I get lots of messages about the program, and even more about my clover gamerpic lol.
I try to help out as much as I can on live and the xbox boards and have made alot of great friends in the process...the ambassador program is terrific but I think it is still in somewhat of an infancy stage. Alot of what I’m seeing these great community members doing (Zamm, con, and Twy, to name only a few off the top of my head) is really inspiring and makes me very proud to be a part of what we have going here.
3. Do you feel that success for the Xbox 360, Ps3, and Wii will be good for all gamers in the sense that competition will keep each company sharp and innovative pushing all three forward, or are you one of the proponents to the concept that one console can come out on top?
I want everyone to be happy with what they have...I knew from the beginning that the 360 was the only console I would own this gen...if other people feel differently, I encourage everyone to do what feels right, and I’m fine with that.
Sony and nintendo have brought alot of great things to the table to keep the competition and inovation at it’s max and as long as that continues the real winners this time around will be us gamers....
4. In your expert opinion, what is your favorite gaming genre and favorite game?
Obviously I love shooters but the action/adventure games I love to death....perfect example: Indiana Jones and the Emporer’s tomb for the og xbox (man, did I love that one)
I’m hoping that MS will start to give titles like this some more attention here real soon.
5. What kind of entertainment setup do you have going on at your home?
I am currently using a sony 51" rear projection hdtv and of course 5.1 surround...looks and sounds pretty damn good IMO. what bothers me is that every day something new comes out that I want (*cough elite cough*) ..lol...and I’m starting to think my set-up is becoming somewhat dated.
6. How do you feel the achievement system is working out? Do you like the concept of Xbox Rewards?
I’ll be the 1st to admit that I love achievements and really cant imagine gaming without them anymore....MS got me hook line and sinker with these freakin things the rewards program is great as well...looking forward to receiving my copy of FF2 here soon...thnx old-spice!
7. Gaming has come a long way with breath taking graphics, newly introduced gameplay, and turning the console into fully packed media machines. What do you think will be the next big leap in video gaming?
Tough question...I guess I would just like to see gaming become even more interactive (if it is even possible)...if I knew the answers to this question I most likely wouldn’t be working where I am now..lol...
8. What kind of music do you listen to these days?
I like a little of everything (except country), but some of my favs are avail, the swingin’ utters, social distortion and clutch...I also have a soft spot for the older stuff like the doors, pink floyd and the dead.
9. What do you like the most about MyArcadePlanet.com?
It really is a nice site....I guess what I like about it the most so far is that it offers a little bit of everything for everyone...seems like you guys kept everyone in mind when designing it.
10. What is a dream game you’d like designed if you had the knowledge and the tools to develop it?
It appears bio-ware already made my dream come true with Mass Effect...I cannot wait for this game.
11. How many video games do you own? List all platform games.
When a new console comes out I usually upgrade to the newer system, so I only play the 360 at the moment....I own 6 games right now (oblivion, GoW, crackdown, rainbow 6, lost planet, and TDU)
